Wilson, recently dropped his new six-track “Vibrate On Silent” EP, his first release for Mexcian Summer, and here’s a cool video for toe-tapper “Pontoon”, one of our favorite cuts from that EP. Less than a month away from the release of his new album “Legao”, his first solo record since 2003′s “Unrest”, Norwegian singer/producer/musician Erlend Øye takes us into the studio in Reykjavik where “Legao” was recorded with this video for his new single “Fence Me In”. The new album, which was recorded in collaboration with Iceland’s finest reggae band Hjálmar, will contain ten English-language pop tracks. The mighty Shit Robot, aka Dubliner Marcus Lambkin, recently dropped his newest single “Do It (Right)”, featuring vocals from legendary Chicago house artist Lidell Townsell, taken from his second album “We Got A Love”. The digital version of the single comes with something special: an exclusive cassette mixtape of classic hip house, mixed from vinyl by Mr.Robot himself. And it’s a great one! Sudanese-born, New York-based singer and multi-instrumentalist Ahmed Gallab, better known as Sinkane, has shared this beautifully shot video for his soulful, groovy single “How We Be” and it fits the track perfectly. Portuguese producer/DJ/musician and Discotexas co-founder Bruno Cardoso, aka Xinobi, is someone we’ve been following for a long, long time, and we’re so excited to hear that the unstoppable producer is gearing up for the release of his debut full-length album “1975″ on October 13th. The 10-track record is said to incorporate elements of dub, surf guitar, deep house, disco and acid, all delivered with a pop sensibility. The album’s first single “Mom And Dad” finds Xinobi delivering a guitar-driven, disco-flavored pop track with smooth grooves and sultry vocals from Margarida Encarnação. One word: Perfect! Just last month, we were surprised and certainly excited to hear that our beloved Sydney-based duo Flight Facilities will finally release their long-awaited debut album “Down To Earth” on October 24th via Future Classic/Glassnote Records. Today, the ever-elusive duo of Hugo Gruzman and James Lyell has shared the album’s first single, “Two Bodies”, a gorgeous track featuring vocals from Australian singer/songwriter Emma Louise. You can now stream the extended version of “Two Bodies” above.
