Great news! Finally, New York disco duo Holy Ghost! will release their debut ‘Static On The Wire’ EP on May 18th via DFA. The EP contains four songs ‘Static On The Wire’, ‘Say My Name’ (which was also featured on the latest Kitsune Maison Compilation 9), ‘I Will Come Back’ and ‘I Know, I Hear’ and the artwork is inspired by Barbara Kruger. The title track features Chris Glover aka Penguin Prison on backup vocals and Juan Maclean delivers the guitar solo. Love it. Fill it up!

Την ώρα που εμείς βρισκόμαστε στην Εθνική και αλλάζουμε λάστιχο (μπαμ), η Marina (And The Diamonds) Diamandis βρίσκεται παντού! Από το στούντιο του Rankin και το Hollywood μέχρι την 2η θέση τoυ BBC Sound οf 2010 (1η ήρθε η φίλη της Ellie Goulding) και τα χέρια του μάστορα Juan Maclean. Μόνο ο τελευταίος μπορεί να κάνει τα διαμάντια της Marina να λιώσουν…

Έχουμε γενέθλια! Σήμερα κλείνουμε 1 χρόνο (μεγάλες στιγμές) και το γιορτάζουμε. Τούρτα δεν θα κόψουμε (την έκοψε για εμάς ο Juan MacLean με τους Cut Copy και την έφαγε η Agrado), αλλά θα δώσουμε δωράκια σε 40 τυχερούς! Επειδή όλο τον χρόνο δίνουμε mp3, για τα γενέθλια μας είπαμε να χαρίζουμε cd από αγαπημένα ονόματα (surprise!!!) που έχει παρκάρει κατά καιρούς στο γκαράζ του La.Ga.Sta. με την βοήθεια των EMI, Universal και Sony Music – thanks guys! Ένας χρόνος, 908 post, σπασμένα φρένα, καμμένα ηχεία και διαλυμμένα synths. Ενα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ σε όλα τα gasolinia εκεί έξω. Τα καλύτερα δεν έχουν έρθει ακόμα…
