Swedish pop star Robyn has invited some of her favorite producers in the dance scene to give a new twist to key tracks from throughout her career. The “RMX/RBN” project featuring remixes by the likes of The Black Madonna, Cassius, Axel Boman, Joakim, The Mekanism and more. As she says, “Remixes make me listen to a song in a different way; they stretch you out as a listener and leave space for other things that a pop song usually doesn’t.”
The next installment in Robyn’s remix series comes from The Black Madonna. As expected, the Chicago producer delivers the goods, a house rework of “Indestructible”, a track from 2010’s “Body Talk”, that clocks in at almost nine minutes. A dancefloor heater.
