After well over two years since the release of their debut album “Yesterday Was Lived And Lost”, New Build, the London-based trio which consists of Hot Chip’s Al Doyle and Felix Martin along with studio engineer Tom Hopkins, are coming back with a second album entitled “Pour It On”, which will land on October 20th via Sunday Best Recordings. Hot Chip member and Greco-Roman co-founder Joe Goddard, who also spends time as one half of London-based dance duo The 2 Bears, is getting ready to unleash yet more quality deep house burners. His new five-track effort, “Endless Love”, his third solo EP for Greco-Roman, is just around the corner, and now we’re getting our first taste of what’s to come. Here’s the EPs title track, which finds Joe Goddard teaming up with vocalist Betsy to deliver a dancefloor heater in his own unmistakable style. Give it a few spins above.

Rising London five-piece band Nimmo And The Gauntletts, fronted by Sarah Nimmo and Reva Gauntlett, will finally be dropping their gorgeous single “Others” on July 14th via Kitsuné. That’s a good enough reason to revisit the colorful video for the track, directed by Balthazar Klarwein. Also, make sure to check out a rather fine remix of “Others” by Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard, below. The release also comes backed with remixes by the likes of Wild Beasts, Reset Safari and Parisian duo Logo.

Two years after the release of their superb debut album “Be Strong”, London-based duo The 2 Bears, aka Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Raf Rundell, also known as DJ Raf Daddy, return to our speakers with their brand-new single “Angel (Touch Me)”, a summery piano-led house jam featuring vocals from Kwaito legend Senyaka, which was inspired by the Wim Wenders’ 1987 classic film “Wings Of Desire”.

“Angel (Touch Me)” is the lead single from the duo’s forthcoming new album “The Night Is Young”, which is set for release in September via Southern Fried Records. The single will drop on June 30th. You can pre-order your copy here.

It’s certainly been quite some time since we’ve heard anything new from The 2 Bears, aka Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Raf Rundell, but now they’re back in action with a remix of Cape Town’s John Wizards sun-soaked single “Muizenberg”, a standout track from their self-titled debut album on Planet Mu. This superb remix find The 2 Bears stretching the tune into a nine-plus-minutes of playful house. It’s truly something special.

Osborne: “Hold Up” (feat. Joe Goddard)

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from Detroit producer Todd Osborn, but now he’s back with his great new single “Hold Up” under his Osborne alias. This smooth, groovy house jam, which features Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard on vocals, will be released on Spectral Sound, the sister label of Ghostly International.

“Hold Up” is the first new original material since 2009′s “Hovercrafting” EP and 2008′s self-titled debut. The release comes backed with a dub version of “Hold Up” by Joe Goddard, a new song, entitled “All Night,” and a remix by Tuff City Kids, the German duo of Gerd Janson, boss of Running Back, and Phillip Lauer.
