We can always count on quality edits from Manchester-based editor extraordinaire and top vinyl aficionado Andi Hanley, who also operates as Haners and the Bat. Back in 2019, he dropped a sublime two set of limited double 12” on Shelved Recordings, comprised of carefully reconstructed and rebuilt lost classics from someone who was there the first time around. Filled with disco-tinged Balearic grooves, these classy edits has been on repeat on our car stereo. One of our favourite edits from the release is “Magic”. True to its title, this edit is pure magic.
