Todd Terje’s Olsen Records just launched its Dansbar series that aims to shine some much needed light on the lost history of Norway’s disco underground. The first release of Dansbar series is a reissue of Beranek’s “Dra Te Hælvete”, a mislaid classic originally released as a 7″ on Mind Expanding Records in 1981. Norwegian disco king Todd Terje delivers the definitive 12″ version of this narcotic number, capping off a trio of his own interpretations with a mind-expanding version from friend and countryman Prins Thomas.
