It’s certainly been quite some time since we last heard from Sydney’s Softwar, the electro duo of Myles Du Chateau and Jeremy Lloyd. After last year’s excellent “This Time Around” for Future Classic, they are now taking things to the next level with their new four-track EP “Believe”/”One Day”. It sounds so damn good.
The EP, backed with two fine remixes by Francis Inferno Orchestra and Detroit Swindle, is out now on Modular’s new dancefloor imprint Club Mod. You can stream the track “Believe” above. Totally hot! Let’s hope we don’t have to wait much longer to hear more of Softwar’s quality work.

This week finally saw a new release from Villa, the Ghent duo of Thang Tran Tung and Francois De Meyer. Their fantastic single “Mint” for Modular’s new imprint Club Mod is a playful and catchy tune that leads you straight to the dancefloor. It’s really great to have them back in such fine form. The track, which features the vocals of Francois De Meyer himself, comes with two killer remixes by Punks Jump Up and Softwar. You can stream both remixes below. Fill it up!
