Freshly signed to Yuksek’s ever-growing Partyfine label, Parisian producer and multi-instrumentalist Jean Tonique just dropped his second EP, called “You”, and it’s a winner. Consisting of seven original tracks, the effort showcases his ability for crafting feel-good, disco-infused gems with strong french house influences, plenty of funky vibes and an organic feel. It features guest appearances from Iris, Gion Arto, and Jessie Chaton. It’s a superb EP that bring us closer to summer. Needless to say, the fantastic, piano-driven tune “My Love/Your Soul” is already on repeat mode on our car stereo.

“Some tracks have been produced more than two years ago and some others only a few months ago. I think you can feel it in the eclecticism of the songs. The idea was to create an EP with a recognizable touch without being too linear. “You” reflects the music I like to listen and produce pretty well”, says Jean Tonique.
