The idea was simply to film peoples pets. Former Metronomy bassist Gabriel Stebbing returns as Night Works. After releasing his beautiful and smooth debut single “I Tried So Hard” back in April, he’s now back with another pop gem, called “The Eveningtime”, which was produced by Joseph Mount of Metronomy. Just perfect! Watch the new video for his second single above, and stream both tracks below. “The Eveningtime” comes out on August 6th via Loose Lips Records.

It’s taken from the new Future Disco compilation, entitled Downtown Express, which is out now on Needwant.
