After a five-year hiatus during which he was kept busy by his band Bot’Ox and relocating from Paris to Berlin, French producer and I’m a Cliché label boss Cosmo Vitelli makes a welcome return with his new solo EP called “Last Train To Marzahn”. Consisting of three new original tracks and two fine remixes by I:Cube and Fx Mchn, this is the very first release to come out of his new studio located in Berlin’s Marzahn district. Our fist taste from the upcoming record comes in the form of “A Cruel Story”, an emotional uptempo track driven by heartfelt synth work. It’s so damn good. Give it a spin above, and enjoy the ride.

The “Last Train To Marzahn” EP drops on April 15th via I’m a Cliché.

It’s always great to see our favorite artists working together. French electro duo Bot’Ox have joined forces with Adelaide’s producer and former bassist of The Swiss Surahn Sidhu, aka Sidwho?, under the moniker White Water to deliver “Daylight”, a great funky disco track with a modern twist perfect for any summer party. And it’s so groovy that makes us jammin’ in our car.

As we read, the original version was recorded live and edited like an old extended disco track by the Bot’Ox crew, Cosmo Vitelli and Julien Briffaz, together with Juan “Dye” De Guillebon on bass and Jeremy Hickey on drums. The “Daylight” EP comes complete with two quality remixes by Jacques Renault and Domenico Torti.

White Water’s “Daylight” EP drops on June 3th via Cosmo Vitelli’s label, I’m a Cliché.
