On May 30th, Nang Records will release a second “From The Stars” compilation, based once again on covers of songs from sci-fi soundtracks by nu-disco acts. For this release, the Italian producers Bottin and Rodion did a cheeky and funny cover of the closing song of the popular Italian RAI cartoon “Goldrake” (or sometimes called “Atlas UFO Robot”). It’s called “Shooting Star” and it will be released on a 12″ single with extended and dub versions plus a Toomy Disco driving remix. Here’s the short spacey version for your listening pleasure.
