It’s been nearly three years since Oxford’s Hugo Manuel, aka Chad Valley, dropped his debut LP “Young Hunger” on Cascine, so we have to admit that we’re pretty excited to hear the electro-pop producer/songwriter has a new album on the way. Entitled “Entirely New Blue”, the nine-track record was “written between London, where he lived for years with his long-term girlfriend, and Oxford, the town that he came home to when their relationship ended.” Our first taste of Chad Valley’s upcoming effort comes in the shape of “True”, a bright, house-infused tune that finds him in fine form. Chad Valley’s sophomore LP “Entirely New Blue” will drop on October 2 via Cascine.
