A Track A Day: Rhode & Brown

A Track A Day:
Rhode & Brown

With the current circumstances and the weird, turbulent times all over the globe, we asked our friends to choose a favourite track or an album for these isolated days, and share it with us along with a photo. A track a day keeps the bad vibes away. Stay safe.

Next in line on our “A Track A Day” series is Munich-based duo Rhode & Brown, consisting of Friedrich Trede and Stephan Michael Braun. With a string of quality releases already under their belt on labels such as Permanent Vacation, Toy Tonics, Public Possession, Let’s Play House or their own imprints Slam City Jams and RTB Records, they established themselves as an important part of the scene within the past years. Our beloved Friedrich Trede and Stephan Michael Braun share with us their favourite records.

In their own words: “We both picked albums with a very chill vibe. Relaxing and interesting in their own way and perfect to calm down these day. Stephan picked his all time favorite Boards Of Canada album, the amazing modern classic ‘Music Has The Right To Children’. While Friedrich picked a new favorite, that was just released in December of last year by our Munich buddy Martin Brugger called ‘Music For Video Stores’.”
