Last time we heard from Melbourne-based four-piece World’s End Press, they had released an infectious pop song “Second Day Uptown”, which was produced by Dan Whitford of Cut Copy fame.
Now they’re back with an epic seven-minute track, called “Deadbeat Sweetheart”, the first taste of what’s to come from their forthcoming debut album. The as-yet-unnamed LP, produced by DFA Records co-founder Tim Goldsworthy, will be released later this year.

Driving away with Little Boots. Here’s “Motorway”, the escapist new single from Little Boots’, aka Victoria Hesketh, upcoming second album “Nocturnes”, which was produced by the mighty Tim Goldsworthy with contributions from Simian Mobile Disco’s James Ford and Hercules and Love Affair’s Andy Butler. “Motorway” is a perfect, Saint Etienne-esque song for late-night rides.
