London house maestro Duke Dumont just dropped his new “Blasé Boys Club, Pt. 1” EP, the first installment of his three EP series. The four-track record includes a great new track called “Robert Talking”, featuring ’80s Chicago house vocalist Robert Owens, a grooving seven-minute disco odyssey. This one is Duke Dumont’s very own homage to Daft Punk’s epic track “Giorgio by Moroder”. Blast it above.

The Blasé Boys Club, Pt. 1″ EP also features his throwback anthem “Ocean Drive” that has soundtracked many of our summer car rides, the deep and soulful groover “Melt” and his massive tune “Won’t Look Back”. Stream the whole thing here, and make sure to check out the stunning extended version of “Ocean Drive” below.

Needwant continues to impress us with their latest offering from Mark E, a producer that really needs no introduction. He has already made a great remix of Massimiliano Pagliara’s “Keep On Dreaming” for the label back in 2010, and now the West-Midlands DJ and producer returns with his excellent debut release, entitled “We Could Love”, on Sean Brosnan’s label. “We Could Love”, featuring the legendary Robert Owens on vocals, is a deep, seductive house track that could easily make you fall in love. The release also features the instrumental version of the original track that goes even deeper. Feel it.

Swiss duo Mercury return with another great release on Gomma and they are ready to take things to the next level. Hot on the heels of their second EP “Sweetness”, which was released in October, now they’re back with their brand new EP “Candlelight” (stream the whole thing here) and they asked one of the greatest voices in house music to join the crew, the legendary Chicago vocalist Robert Owens. The title track is a slow house burner and has been stuck on repeat in our car stereo. This should be huge. The EP also includes two jams, the funky “Running Back To You”, which features Christopher McCray (long-time collaborator of Kerri Chandler) on vocals, and the B-Side “NY Feeling”. In Mercury we trust. Go!

Mercury’s third EP “Candlelight” is out now on Gomma Dance Tracks. Buy here.
