Over the weekend, Sydney-born, LA-based producer Felix Bloxsom, aka Plastic Plates, dropped this tastefully unofficial remix of Para One’s latest single “Every Little Thing”, featuring vocals from Irfane and Teki Latex. You can grab it for free below. La.Ga.Sta. approved!
“Every Little Thing”, one of the standout tracks from Para One’s excellent 2012 LP “Passion”, is out now on Marble/Because, backed with remixed by Girl Unit and Canblaster from Club Cheval.

Once more during this year we have been sharing with you tons of free music, and today we’re really excited to reveal La.Ga.Sta.’s Top 40 most downloaded tracks of 2012. This is a chart compiled by our readers, who by the way have great taste. We couldn’t agree more. Breakbot’s “Programme” is top of the list, followed closely by Perseus’ “Seychelles” and Chromatics’ “Kill For Love”. Of course there is more to this list. We’re big fans of Plastic Plates here at La.Ga.Sta. A few days ago we featured his remix of The Presets’ new single “Promises” (check it out here) and now he’s back at it again with another remix. This time he turns Sam Sparro’s gorgeous, epic ballad “Shades Of Grey” into a groovy, funky dancefloor filler. That’s the way we like it!
This remix will be featured on Sam Sparro’s new digital edition of his latest album “Return To Paradise”, which drops on November 30th. The “Re-Return To Paradise” edition also includes two brand new remixes, Tiger & Woods’ remix of “Let The Love In” and Mike Simonetti’s remix of “Hearts Like Us”.
Fun fact 2: Felix Bloxsom, aka Plastic Plates, played drums on a number of tracks on Sam Sparro’s album too.
