Miami Horror’s Aaron Shanahan and Benjamin Plant have started a new project, called Honeymooon, which-according to the press release-”investigates their love of colourful psychedelic 60′s-70′s pop.”

After releasing their first single “Hail The Madmen”, which was inspired by the problems and impact of the homeless in San Fran and LA, back in February, the Los Angeles-based duo return with their epic new single “Sure Stuck”, a summery psych-pop tune that clocks in at almost seven minutes.

We’ve already featured Miami Horror’s drummer Aaron Shanahan new project, Good Night Keaton here at La.Ga.Sta. After releasing some quality disco remixes for Saint Lou Lou and Gigamesh, among others, now he’s back with his fantastic debut solo single, “Next To Mexico”, full of sunshine vibes. The single, which features the sweet vocals of Mereki, is out now on Chookie, backed with remixes by Mighty Mouse, Yolanda Be Cool and Neighbour. In case you didn’t know, Miami Horror’s drummer Aaron Shanahan has started a new side-project called Good Night Keaton. Under that moniker he has already dropped some bouncy disco gems, full of groovy and funky beats. His brand new remix of Australian-Swedish twin sisters Saint Lou Lou’s debut single “Maybe You” is out now on Kitsuné and sounds really good.
