After last year’s great “Please Don’t Slip, Trip Or Fall Off” EP of jazz-infused house groovers, renowned Sheffield producer/DJ and Shadeleaf Music founder Scott Moncrieff, aka Thatmanmonkz, returns to Jimpster’s Delusions Of Grandeur imprint for more delicious dancefloor goodness. His new offering, a three-track EP called “Won Hunnid”, finds him delivering another impressive collection of lo-fi, dusty, soul-tinged house jams, showcasing his production skills. Our favorite cut from that release is “Make It Now”, an infectious slice of loopy disco that will get some serious spins this winter.
