Beth Ditto pays tribute to Madonna’s ‘Justify My Love’ and ‘Vogue’ on her brand new video for the single ‘I Wrote The Book’. It’s taken from her brilliant solo EP, which was produced by Simian Mobile Disco. Amazing!

Simian Mobile Disco are releasing a new mixed CD in honour of New York night FIXED and they’re giving away the exclusive new track ‘Nerve Salad’. ‘Simian Mobile Disco Is Fixed’ will be released on October 12th via Defend Music.

Hell + Bryan Ferry

DJ Hell teams up with Bryan Ferry on “U Can Dance”, one of the stand-out tracks from Hell’s hugely ambitious double-album “Teufelswerk”. The track will be released in January 2010, and has been remixed by Carl Craig, Simian Mobile Disco and DFA’s Tim Goldsworthy.

The video is directed by Jo Apps and captures the song’s decadence perfectly. Watch the teaser:
