Over the weekend, Sydney-born, LA-based producer Felix Bloxsom, aka Plastic Plates, dropped this tastefully unofficial remix of Para One’s latest single “Every Little Thing”, featuring vocals from Irfane and Teki Latex. You can grab it for free below. La.Ga.Sta. approved!

“Every Little Thing”, one of the standout tracks from Para One’s excellent 2012 LP “Passion”, is out now on Marble/Because, backed with remixed by Girl Unit and Canblaster from Club Cheval.

Jupiter: “Elliot Uppercut (Mr. Gonzo Remix)”

Jupiter, the Parisian electro disco duo of Amélie and Quarles, dropped today a superb remix compilation. Simply titled “Juicy Remixes”, the album collects 15 reworks of tracks from their 2012 debut album “Juicy Lucy”, which featured “Saké” and “One O Six” among its highlights. Featuring remixes by the likes of Little Boots, Para One & Tacteel, JBAG, The Supermen Lovers, Yan Wagner, Juveniles, and Marius among others, “Juicy Remixes” aims directly for the dancefloor.

Here we go. It may be the first days of the New Year, but we’re still listening to our favorite albums, tracks, remixes and EPs of 2012.
