You can always count on quality from Pachanga Boys. Fresh off the release of their great “Jagwar Pawar” version of Sydney’s Jagwar Ma latest single “Come Save Me”, Kompakt’s Hippie Dance duo of Superpitcher and Rebolledo offers us yet another epic ride with their new remix of Röyksopp’s “Running To The Sea”, featuring fellow Norwegian singer-songwriter Susanne Sundfør. Clocking in at over 12 minutes long, this slow-burner is the finest remix we’ve heard of “Running To The Sea”. A ride not to be missed!

Röyksopp’s “Running To The Sea”, the pair’s first proper release since 2011, along with remixes by the likes of Late Nite Tuff Guy, Villa, Seven Lions, Man Without Country, Magnus & Timon, and DJ HMC, will drop on November 22 exclusively on Beatport. Below, you can stream the single’s b-side, the beautiful melancholy track “Something In My Heart”, featuring vocals from Jamie McDermott, of orchestral pop group The Irrepressibles.

Bot’Ox: “Basement Love” Video

Bot’Ox, Cosmo Vitelli and Julien Briffaz, have just unveiled the official video for their brilliant new single “Basement Love”, which features Foremost Poets, aka Johnny Dangerous on vocals. The duo’s upcoming second album, “Sans Dormir”, will be released as six EPs like “six volumes forming a single story” with each surfacing every two months. The first piece of the puzzle, the “Basement Love” EP, is out now via I’m a Cliché. Just in case you missed it, grab Pachanga Boys’ remix of “Basement Love” for free below. Pure love.

Obviously, we have a great deal of love for John Talabot here at La.Ga.Sta. Today, the Barcelona-based house producer dropped the deluxe edition of his debut album “ƒin”, one of our favorite albums of 2012. This deluxe version includes previously unreleased bonus cuts and quality remixes by the likes of Pachanga Boys, Kenton Slash Demon, Bullion, and Bostro Pesopeo. It also features this tropical-flavored 80′s Tapemix of “Zanzibar”, which you can stream above. It’s an absolute gem!

Bot’Ox: “Basement Love (Pachanga Boys Point Of View)”

Finally, after a long wait, our favorite French electronic duo Bot’Ox, Cosmo Vitelli and Julien Briffaz, return wth their brand new single “Basement Love”, and we’re excited. “Basement Love” is a superb slow-driving tune with vocals from Foremost Poets, aka Johnny Dangerous, who first teamed up with Bot’Ox for their “Perfect Pair” EP in 2011. This is the first taste from their upcoming second album “Sans Dormir”, which will follow-up 2010′s LP “Babylon By Car”.
The “Basement Love” EP arrives on December 10th via I’m a Cliché, backed with fine remixes by the likes of Pachanga Boys, Death in Vegas’ Richard Fearless and Cosmo Vitelli himself. We’ll be able to hear the original version shortly, but until then, you can download Pachanga Boys’, aka Superpitcher and Rebolledo, epic “Point Of View” rework of “Basement Love” below. Spanish breakout producer John Talabot returns with the first volume of remixes for some standout tracks from his stunning debut album, “ƒin”. The five-track remix package includes reworks by the likes of Hippie Dance duo Pachanga Boys, who previously wowed us with their awesome tune “Time”, Copenhagen duo Kenton Slash Demon, and UK producer Bullion.
Pachanga Boys, aka Rebolledo and Superpitcher, deliver not one, but three different versions of John Talabot’s “When The Past Was Present” – “Blue”, “Purple” and “Red”. Here we have the seven-minute “Purple” version of the track for your listening pleasure. These guys never disappoint. Give it a spin above, and make sure to check out Kenton Slash Demon’s house take on “Last Land” below.

Pachanga Boys: “Time”

We’ve listen to this track so many times that we’ve lost track of time. “Time” is an absolutely stunning track from Pachanga Boys, the duo of Rebolledo and Superpitcher. It clocks in at almost 16 minutes, but we still can’t get enough of it. From their recently vinyl-only EP “Girlcatcher” on their Hippie Dance imprint. Limited to 300 coloured vinyl, including artprint-inlay and handsigned postcard. Grab it while you can here.
