Modular has launched a new singles imprint, Club Mod, an “avenue for one-off releases with acts we’ve recently fallen in love with or those whom we’ve long time admired”. The label’s first release is the acid-infused six-minute track “Osaka”, the new single from Norwegian quartet 120 Days. The single will be released on October 3 with remixes by Sidwho? of The Swiss fame and Diskjokke. You can now watch the official video, created by Australian design team Expialidocious.

The Swiss are back with their first release since 2010′s disco anthem “Bubble Bath” and its accompanying EP. Their new single “Double or Nothing / Womanthem” will be released on September 23 on Modular with remixes by Louis La Roche, Headman and Renaissance Man. “Double Or Nothing”, which was written in a hotel room straight after Tony Mitolo played Glastonbury this year as part of Empire Of The Sun, is the first taste of what’s to come from the group. Modernist pop quintet, Architecture in Helsinki returns with their new album, ‘Moment Bends’ (that’s the cover artwork above), due out on April 8 via Modular in Australia and April 11 via V2/Cooperative in the UK. Recorded over a 2 year period in the band’s studio space, Buckingham Palace, songwriter Cameron Bird says “Moment Bends was all about being at one with our ideas, obsessed with popular music and falling in love with our hometown.
