What a ride! After catching our ear in 2011 with the gorgeous single “Come Save Me”, Sydney’s Jagwar Ma, the duo of Gabriel Winterfield and Jono Ma (formerly of The Lost Valentinos), return in a big way with their new single “The Throw”, which was mixed by none other than Ewan Pearson. “The Throw” is an epic psych-pop dance tune that clocks in at almost seven minutes. Stream the full version above, and keep an eye for Jagwar Ma’s debut album due out later this year. We can certainly expect great things from this duo in the near future.

“The Throw” will be released on February 25th via Marathon Artists and Future Classic.

Lollipop, anyone? Check out the official video for the infectious pop tune “Come Save Me” by Australia’s Jagwar Ma , the new project from Lost Valentino’s Jono Ma. The single, which features Gabriel Winterfield (Ghostwood) on vocals, Ewan Pearson and Stella Mozgawa (Warpaint), will be released early next year. Jagwar Ma saves the day.
