A few days ago, our favorite LA duo Classixx, Michael David and Tyler Blake, finally dropped their debut album “Hanging Gardens” and it’s definitely worth the long wait! For us, this great album is a one-way ticket to sunny California and will certainly get some serious rotations on the road this summer.
And if that’s not enough, Classixx just shared a non-LP track, called “Valley Vacation”, a sun-kissed summery jam for your next road trip. As we read, this track is a “reference to their late-night escape from their old studio, nestled in the seedy heart of L.A.’s porn industry, to their current Venice beach sanctuary”.

Arnaud Rebotini’s Black Strobe are back in action with their hypnotic groove new single “Boogie In Zero Gravity”, and now you can watch the official video. The “Boogie In Zero Gravity” EP features two original tracks and fine remixes by Drop Out Orchestra, Populette, Hot Toddy and Jeremy Glenn. “Changes”, one of the strongest tracks on Crazy P’s last year album “When We On”, gets the remix treatment by the always amazing Mario Basanov – and the result is stunning. Taken from “Changes (Remixes Part 1)”, due out March 11th via 20:20 Vision. It also features reworks from Hot Toddy and Fernando. Pre-order here.
“We’re open for service, we’re open for love”. Check out the new single from disco darlings Crazy P. “Open For Service” is taken from their fifth studio album “When We On”, due out September 19th through 2020 Vision. It will be the first album from Crazy P since 2008’s “Stop Space Return”. The “Open For Service” remixes from Hot Toddy, Ron Basejam, Jamie Jones, and Julio Bashmore are coming soon.

Here’s some good news. Slow-mo disco producer and sometimes Crazy P guitarist Chris Todd aka Hot Toddy, just released his first full-length album, ‘Late Night Boogie’ on Smoke N Mirrors. The album contains last year’s disco bomb ‘I Need Love’, ‘Down To Love’ and also two collaborations with Crazy P vocalist Danielle Moore (‘Freekend’ and ‘Won’t Let Go’). Here’s ‘Won’t Let Go’ and an edit of ‘Freekend’ by The Hue (JT Donaldson & Tim K) for your listening pleasure. It’s HOT!

Hot Toddy is the guise of Nottingham-based musician Chris Todd, the guitarist and one half of Crazy P! His eclectic sound is a technicolour fusion of house, techno, acid, psychedelia and soulful 70′s disco. “I Need Love” featuring Ron Basejam is without a doubt one of the biggest tracks on the new “Cosmic Balearic Beats Vol. 2″ compilation and the 3rd single Eskimo have lifted off it.
