LCD Soundsystem and DFA retrospective exhibition launch at Tom Dunne Gallery in Darlinghurst. Titled ‘That’s Cool But Can You Make It More Sh*t?’, the show is a large collection of record sleeves, flyers, posters, doodles and polaroids. The exhibition will travel on to New York and London. It’s Gasssyyy!!! The new Gorillaz video follows Gorillaz Murdoc Niccals through a dangerous trip to the mainland from his new home on Plastic Beach–the namesake of the new record. Something goes badly wrong and Murdoc, guitarist/Cyborg Noodle and vocalist 2D end up in a high speed car chase with a local cop and an unknown assailant. Gas up!
