Former member of Brooklyn synth-pop outfit Chairlift, Aaron Pfenning just released his new single “Equal Dreams” on DFA under his Rewards guise. The title track, co-produced by Jacques Renault, features vocals from Solange Knowles, while Blood Orange appears on the b-side “Asleep With The Lights On”. Stream the slow jam “Equal Dreams” below.

‘Space Around The Feel Station’, a collaboration between New York trio Violens, Washed Out and Caroline Polachek from Chairlift : “This was an idea I hit Ernest (Washed Out) up with a few months back, knowing he was a Slowdive fan and thinking it might be cool to relate the tracks by blending them and using one verse from each. I was surprised they locked in so well-but I guess not really that surprised.” Violens.
