It’s been a long time coming, but Peaking Lights, the Los Angeles-based psychedelic synth-pop duo of Aaron Coyes and Indra Dunis, will finally drop their fifth studio album “The Fifth State Of Consciousness” in June. Produced in the band’s Dreamfuzz studio over the course of the last two years, the 12-track, double LP follows 2014’s “Cosmic Logic” on Weird World and it marks both a departure from the new and a return to the old, with a whole new twist on the psychedelic dub-pop they’ve become revered for. Take a ride with the album’s first single “Everytime I See The Light”. It’s such a jam!
The album “The Fifth State Of Consciousness” arrives on June 16 via Two Flower Records.
