Frankfurt-based DJ/producer/musician Phillip Lauer, who is also known as one half of Tuff City Kids and Arto Mwambe, recently dropped his solid new “Donner Lake” EP on the ever-excellent Permanent Vacation, a three-track effort that finds him still operating in top form.
