Glass Animals: “Gooey”

Glass Animals: “Gooey”

Ever since we first heard Oxford’s four-piece Glass Animals brilliant single “Gooey” a few weeks ago, we’ve been obsessed with this silky and smooth R&B-infused track. Led by the seductive vocals of David Bayley, this slow-burning groover is Glass Animals’ finest work to date. Give “Gooey” a spin above, and make sure to check out the strangely beautiful video for the track, directed by Australian duo Lily Coates and Gavin Youngs, aka The Aviary.

The single “Gooey” will appear on the band’s forthcoming new EP of the same name, which drops on April 7th via Wolf Tone/Harvest Records. The five-track EP also features a new track with Tei Shi, a rework of “Gooey” featuring Chester Watson and two remixes by Kingdom, and Gilligan Moss. Get it here.
