Floating Points: “Silhouettes” Video

London-based producer Sam Shepherd, aka Floating Points, has shared a great new video for “Silhouettes”, comprised of music from his 10-plus-minute track “Silhouettes (I, II & III)”. The experimental video was directed by Pablo Barquín and Junior Martínez. In their own words: “An oscillating stream of light attempts to intrude on an arid natural landscape, abstract light and a living environment merge, reacting to the dynamics of the music. The luminous abstract forms are produced by a light painting machine that, frame by frame, draws in a real environment the 3D animated figures.”

“Silhouettes (I, II & III)” is taken from his forthcoming debut album “Elaenia”, set to drop on November 6th via his newly-launched label Pluto and Luaka Bop. Pre-order it here.
