After dropping his great “J.B.Y./Ouvert” 12-inch, his debut release for Ninja Tune’s sub-label Counter Records, German house producer David Nattkemper, aka David August, returns to the label with his second offering, a two-tracker entitled “The Spell/A Golden Rush”. Today, we’re treated to a stream of the record’s A-side cut, “The Spell”, a beauty of a tune that finds David August doing what he does best. Prepare to be mesmerized.
