‘One Eye Closed’ is CocknBullKid’s, aka Anita Blay, new single, and not ‘Hold On To Your Misery’. Her new single will be released on November 8th via via Moshi Moshi/ Island with remixes by the likes of Jakwob, Kris Menace and B Complex. The track is taken from her debut album, ‘Adulthood’, due out early 2011. The album was recorded in London, Paris and Stockholm with production from Liam Howe. Anita co-wrote the songs with a variety of talents, including piano man Gonzales who worked on half the songs. There are a couple of songs from Peter Morén from Peter, Björn and John and a co-write each from Joe Flory aka Primary 1, Joseph ‘Metronomy’ Mount who produced Blay’s early songs, and long-time collaborator Mark Tieku.
