Citizens!: “Lighten Up” Video

After a long wait, London indie-pop band Citizens! are back with their uplifting new single “Lighten Up”, which marks their first original material since 2012’s Alex Kapranos-produced debut album “Here We Are”. Today, we’re treated to a video for the track, which was directed by Focus Creeps. Peep the clip above, and make sure to check out the interactive video for “Lighten Up” here.

The single “Lighten Up” will appear on the band’s forthcoming second album, which is said to be arriving sometime in the spring of next year through Kitsuné. As a bonus, you can grab a tasty remix of the track by British house producer David Whitfield, aka Davidian.
