Italian duo Rambla Boys just dropped their second official release on Mozzarella Recordings, a remix EP for their tropical jam “Cocomero”, which still sounds so fresh. The release features six new remixes by Dublin Aunts, Frank Agrario, Italo Brutalo, Kael Misko, Nick Merenda and Tronik Youth, all offering their own spins on Rambla Boys’ “Cocomero”. It’s time to break some glass. Whomadewho’s producer and drummer Tomas Barfod is ready to drop his debut solo album “Salton Sea” on Friends of Friends and now his great track “Broken Glass”, which features Jeppe Kjellberg on vocals, gets a video. After releasing tons of remixes, Portland-based producer/DJ André Allen Anjos, the founder of RAC (Remix Artist Collective), drops his debut original single, “Hollywood” on Green Label Sound. A dancey pop gem featuring the vocals of Penguin Prison. And it’s free download. There’s more good news. The Magician goes to Hollywood too. Keep an eye out for his remix of “Hollywood” coming out soon.
It feels like ages since we’ve been treated to a brand new remix from our favorite LA duo Classixx. Their take on Munk and Peaches’ cover of Stephanie Mills’ 1982 disco inferno “You Can’t Run From My Love” (watch the official video) is finally here. Yeah, it was definitely worth the wait. This amazing remix is taken from the EP “Casablanca Reworks – The Remixes”, which also features reworks by Arthur Baker and Mercury. Out on May 11th via Gomma.
Belgian producer Kolombo teams up with Djuma Soundsystem for this slo-mo groovy tune “Cherimoya”. Just perfect. Taken from a new double A-side single, which also features the summery uptempo disco-flavored track, “Nordic Nights”, from Casio Social Club, aka Justin Winks. Give it a spin below.

Nice and deep! Stockholm-based Ditt Inre, the duo of Hampus Klint and Einar Andersson, bring a breath of fresh air with their brand new song, “Månljus (Saknad)” (means “Moonlight (Regret)” in English). Another taste from their upcoming debut six-track EP “En Värld I Brand”, which drops on May 29th through the excellent label Cascine. San Francisco’s young producer Giraffage, aka Charlie Yin, just dropped his new single “Even Though” on Kitsuné, produced in collaboration with 16 year-old producer Orlando, Florida producer XXYYXX. Here we have Teen Daze’s fine rework of the track with his groovy signature sound. Just as we excepted! The EP is out now, backed also with remixes by the likes of Slow Magic, Reid and Californian duo The One AM Radio. The original will also appear on “Kitsuné America” compilation, which is set for release on May 7th.
