This one came as a bit of a surprise. German producer Mathias Modica, aka Munk, takes us for a summer drive down the Pacific Coast Highway with his rework of Lana Del Rey’s “West Coast” and it’s every bit as good as you’d expect from the mighty Gomma label boss. On his version of “West Coast”, Munk delicately places bright guitar licks, ice cool percussion, and a mellow, groovy bassline, which makes the track perfect for keeping on repeat.
