Meet RÜFÜS, a new three piece band from Sydney, Australia. They just have released their 6-track self-titled debut EP ‘RÜFÜS’ on their own indie label, Monekeleon and they are planning a club version of their track ‘We Left’ with remixes by SymbolOne, Go Go Bizkitt!, Broke One, Beaumont, Springflower, Monsieur Adi and Ride the Universe, due out later this year on French disco/electro label On The Fruit Records. Until then, you can download their tracks ‘Paris Collides’ and ‘We Left’ off their new EP. Keep an eye on these guys!

Moonlight Matters is what happens when the sun goes down, the mood is right, and creativity is set loose…After 1.5 years of being the composer/producer of Belgium disco outfit Villa, Seba started a new project called Moonlight Matters and has been very busy lately. Starting off with remixes for Digitalism, Silver Columns, Pacific! and The Drums, and many more pending this new project promises to grow out to a long term eargasm. Today Moonlight Matters shares with us two new remixes. The remix of Digitalism ‘Blitz’ is huge!

Our new favourite act is World’s End Press from Melbourne, Australia. This four-piece young band are making waves with their discolicious-synth pop tunes. World’s End Press just released their 3rd EP ‘Faithful’, which comes with their last single ‘Only The Brave’, a killer piano-breakdown Gloves remix and a cover of Pet Shop Boys’ ‘West End Girls’. The ‘Faithful’ EP is a taster of the forthcoming debut album, ‘Music For Ther World, due out in 2011. Here’s something for you. Pretty cool!

Mother Protect by Niki & The Dove

We really like the new track ‘Mother Protect’ by mysterious Sweden’s Niki & The Dove. Little is known about this new project led by the vocalist Dish Dish Dance. Niki & The Dove caused a big buzz on blogs with their brilliant debut double A-side single ‘Under the Bridges/DJ, Ease My Mind’. It was released on August via Moshi Moshi Singles Club. Best is yet to come…

This Can’t Be by Scenic

‘This Can’t Be’, what a gem! This amazing track can be next summer’s soundtrack. Scenic, formerly known as Tabularaza, are three dudes (Adam, Eric and Doug) from Perth, Western Australia. In their own words: “We are play dreamy dance music and are big fans of slow jams and steady tropical rhythms”. ‘This Can’t Be’ is their debut single and is slated for a summer release out now with a couple of Parisian club remixes via Joakim’s label, Tigersushi. Mitzi: ‘All I Heard’ EP

Meet Mitzi, our favourite new disco band from Brisbane, Australia. On December 13, Mitzi are set to release their debut EP ‘All I Heard’ on Future Classic (the label’s 50th release). After playing in various bands such as BMX, Comic Sans, Charlie Why! and The Gallery Kiss and had won the Bang Gang 12″ Damn Arms remix competition, the four dudes united to create their own sound of NYC disco and Australian pop. Their debut EP features 3 tracks, ‘India’, ‘Morning Light’ and ‘All I Heard’ and was mixed by Jono Ma (Lost Valentinos, Tracey Thorn) at Ewan Pearson’s studio in Berlin. You can preview the radio edits of the three songs below. It’s certainly worth checking out. Future Classic never fails!
