“I don’t want anything that sounds pre ’85 or post ’94″. Andy Butler, the mastermind behind Hercules & Love Affair has launched a new record label. It’s called Mr.Intl and draws inspiration from the early days of house and techno. The label’s first single, ‘And I’m (So In Love With You)’, is a collaboration between Butler and SF-via-Detroit house DJ Jason Kendig and it was recorded on 1992-vintage equipment.
