Chromatics: ‘Circled Sun’ [mp3]
‘Circled Sun’ is one of the five unreleased bonus tracks on the new deluxe edition of Chromatics’ 2007 imaginary film soundtrack/LP, ‘Night Drive’. Both reissues of ‘Night Drive’ and the 2006 12” single for ‘In the City’, are available on iTunes right now. The band will release a brand new studio album in 2011.

Melbourne-born, London-based duo Gypsy & The Cat – better known as Xavier Bacash and Lionel Towers – will release their debut album, ‘Gilgamesh’, on October 22th in Australia. Taking their name from a children’s storybook, they started making dreamy tunes in a garage in Melbourne two years ago. Few months ago they release their amaing debut single ‘Time to Wander’ on Young and Lost. There are no gypsies and there are no cats, just beautiful songs!

After the release of their ‘Singular’ EP, Discodeine (= Pilooski and Pentile) strikes again with another new track from their forthcoming debut album. It’s called, ‘Synchronize’, and features Jarvis Cocker on vocals! The track was included on The Magician’s latest magic tape and since then has been on repeat in our gas stereo. It’s simply AMAZING!
